Standard Pallet Racking
Standard Pallet Racking offers adjustable heights (2m–35m) and depths (600mm–2000mm) to suit your needs, maximising storage and productivity. Pallets are fully accessible and easy to handle with forklifts. Ideal for general storage, it provides flexibility, visibility, and external-use options such as builder’s yards.
Drive-In Racking
Both Drive In and Drive Through Compact Racking are a type of high-density pallet racking system that optimise the available space in the warehouse.
Double-Deep Racking
Double-deep pallet racking allows goods to be stacked two pallets deep. A specialised “double-deep” forklift is required to access the rear pallets. Double deep pallet racking reduces the number of forklift aisles required – hence increasing the pallet storage capacity.
Very Narrow Racking (VNA)
VNA pallet racking is an adaptation of the adjustable pallet racking system, but with better use of the available space in the warehouse. The width of the work aisles is reduced so as to reduce the necessary floor space for their installation, and direct access is maintained to all the pallets stored.
Live Storage Racking
FIFO Live Storage Pallet Racking is a storage system that has a compact structure with lines of rollers on a downward incline to move the pallets from where they are deposited at one end of the racking to the other end at the back.
Push Back Racking
Push-Back Pallet Racking has a very similar structure to FIFO live storage systems, but here the pallets are stored according to the LIFO (Last in, First out) method.
Mobile Racking
Mobile Pallet Racking is a system where the racking structure is installed upon carriages not too dissimilar to railway carriages guided by rails on the floor. The carriages are then moved horizontally across the floor.
Shuttle Racking
Shuttle racking combines the advantages of drive in racking, and pallet live storage. Semi automated battery operated shuttles are placed onto guide rails which lift and transport a pallet into and out of a racking structure. FIFO and LIFO operations can be accomplished.
Articulated Truck Aisle Racking
Articulated truck aisle pallet racking is an adaptation of the Narrow Aisle pallet racking system, but with the use of articulated fork lift trucks rather than the larger VNA trucks. The width of the work aisles is reduced so as to reduce the necessary floor space for their installation, and direct access is maintained to all the pallets stored.
Cantilever Racking
Cantilever racking comprises of a series of uprights and arms which are ideal for the storage of long items. A range of different duties is available to suit the application. Cantilever racks uses range from workshops, factories to builders yards. Available in painted or hot dipped galvanised.
Vertical Storage Racking
Vertical storage racking comprises of a series of uprights and dividers which are ideal for the storage of long items in the vertical plain. Vertical storage racks uses range from workshops, DIY stores, assembly areas to distribution warehouses.
